Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Appointments: At Dr. Love Holistic Pet Vet, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your pet's appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and rescheduling policy outlined below: Cancellation: Clients are allowed to cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any additional charges. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees: • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance: No charge. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: $50.00 non-refundable fee. • Rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance: No charge. • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment: $50.00 fee. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please send an email to Dr. Carolyn Love at info@drloveholisticpetvet.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Exceptions: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we understand that exceptions may need to be made.
